Working with a student who is receiving regular feedback from a supervisor is an affordable way to access competent and effective psychotherapy.

Taking the first step in your therapeutic journey can be scary, exciting, overwhelming, or stressful. It might even feel like all those things. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, relationship conflict, stress, or symptoms of trauma, I would love to work with you on your treatment goals toward healing and recovery. 


A strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental for client success and I provide a non-judgmental environment for us to work through your views and emotions. 

My personal and professional experience has taught me that coping skills and perspective can play a critical role in healing. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” method to therapy and will therefore utilize the most appropriate parts of evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, and EMDR) to collaboratively work with you as you navigate life’s adversities, while maintaining a focus on building your strengths.
