Hi there,

Welcome to my website. I'm an experienced therapist/registered social worker, who has also personally experienced anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I am able to offer a unique perspective as someone who has been both patient and therapist.

My approach to psychotherapy is about providing a safe and supportive environment, where you can share and process your experiences, while also learning coping skills. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.

If you’re interested in learning more about my practice, please take a look at my services offered section. I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.

***Beginning in January 2024, I will be supervising an associate therapist, and a student therapist, who will offer lower cost therapy. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to be added to a waitlist to be seen by an associate or student***
