MATT ELDRIDGE, MSW, RSW

Hi there,

Welcome to my website. I'm an experienced therapist/registered social worker, who has also personally experienced anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I am able to offer a unique perspective as someone who has been both patient and therapist.

My approach to psychotherapy is about providing a safe and supportive environment, where you can share and process your experiences, while also learning coping skills. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.

***I've recently expanded my practice to include an associate therapist, and a student therapist, who are able to offer psychotherapy sessions at sliding scale rates.***

If you’re interested in learning more about my practice, please don't hesitate to contact me. Free 15 minute phone consultations are available to see if you think my approach is a good fit for you.
